Massage Parlors must be licensed by the City in accordance with Centennial Municipal Code, Chapter 6, Article 8 (Ordinance No. 2015-O-10).
Applicants must provide a completed application, individual history report, financial questionnaire and supporting documents to the City Clerk's Office.
