It’s essential to equip ourselves with the tools necessary to respond to life’s challenges. Join author Jane Barton as she shares various strategies for adaptation and provides insight into the factors that contribute to resilience. This program is co-sponsored with Arapahoe Libraries. Preparing to Stay Put: Tips and Tricks for Aging in Place - Tuesday, Oct. 10 | 2-3 p.m.

Join a panel of experts from a variety of professional backgrounds to discuss strategies for aging in place. Panelists will share tips and tricks for aging safely and independently in your own home. Learn about precautions you can take to ensure that you remain in control of your lifestyle choices and decisions. This event will be at South Suburban Family Sports Center, 6901 S. Broncos Through the Years with Jim Saccomano - Wednesday, Oct. 16 | 1-2 p.m.

Jim Saccomano spent 36 years with the Denver Broncos, serving in a variety of roles before his retirement at the conclusion of the 2013 football season. Since then, the former vice president of corporate communications has kept a not-so-low profile, continuing to produce his “Broncos Sideline Stories” television series and working as a consultant for the team. Join Jim as he takes us on a journey through time with the Broncos. This event will be at the UCHealth Training Center, 13403 Broncos Parkway, Englewood. REGISTER HERE


Funny Business with Sam Adams - Thursday, Oct. 24 | 10-11 a.m.

Start your day laughing with a stand-up routine by award-winning comedian Sam Adams.
